We, Jimmy & Katie, were both born and raised in Redding, have been married for 14 years and have three boys. We started this business in 2023 after seeing a high need for UTV rentals in this area with few businesses offering them. We are also hoping to have more time to travel and spend time with our 3 boys as well as create a successful family business to pass down to them. We started out with one UTV rented to one communication company and from there are hoping to branch out to renting multiple units to multiple vendors.
We will start renting out our 32-foot motorhome this summer, can provide tree clearing on roads used to access communication towers and generators in rural areas, we grow our own fruits and vegetables for our family as well as to sell, we raise our own livestock and are venturing into starting some beehives to hopefully start selling honey soon!

UTV rentals
We currently have 1 UTV we rent. It is a 2023 Can-Am Defender Limited CAB. It comes with a closed in cab, heating and air conditioning, transfer tank for diesel fuel, winch, space for tools or equipment in the bed, first aid kit, fire extinguisher. It will be equipped with apache all terrain tracks and snow plow by winter. Tough enough to handle any task. When you have industry-leading towing capacity and storage space, heavy work gets a whole lot lighter! Perfect for work, farming, hunting or exploring. Plow to clear your own driveway, winch to pull yourself out of a sticky situation. With heating, venting and air conditioning, work & play in complete comfort!
Pricing $600/day or $4,000/7 days, $15,000/30 days. $1,200 deposit.
$150 reservation fee non refundable if canceled within 14 days. If not returned at scheduled time extra day will be charged.
$50 fee if brought back empty. $50 fee if brought back dirty. No refunds on early returns. $60 delivery fee within 15 miles, $100 for delivery and pick up.
Fruits when in season: stone fruits, black berries, strawberries, assorted melons.

Vegetables
Seeds, plants, fresh veggies and dried for sale when available.

32-foot Coachman Motor home
Great way to make memories!
We will be renting out our family motorhome. It is a 32-foot Coachman freelander bunkhouse. It sleeps 7-9 with seatbelts for 9. Check back for pictures and info coming soon!
Livestock and Tree Services

We raise our own livestock, have eggs and chicks for sale when in season, make delicious homemade bacon, provide tree clearing services and various yard work.
